Understanding Individual Membership & Organizational Membership Access
Many professionals connected to youth- and family-serving agencies access NSPN benefits through their organization’s membership. If your agency is an NSPN Organizational Member, you already receive access to member benefits at no additional cost. You simply need to create an individual profile that is linked to your organization. You may do this by completing the form here
However, some professionals choose to purchase an Individual Membership for additional reasons, including:
- Meeting professional association affiliation requirements used in child and youth care worker credentialing pathways
- Maintaining an individual connection to NSPN if they change employers
- Demonstrating personal commitment to continued learning and field engagement
