Coaching Format & Structure


  • Coaching is delivered virtually.
  • Sessions may be purchased one at a time or in blocks of sessions.
  • NSPN collaborates with each client to design a schedule and approach that fits their needs.



A consultation meeting may be held in advance to ensure a strong coach-leader match and clarify the goals of the coaching relationship.

$75 per one-hour individual session

Session packages available upon request
