Focus 2020

National Safe Place Network (NSPN) hosted Focus 2020, as a virtual event, August 18-20, 2020. The theme, Creating Change from Trauma, recognizes the importance of identifying learning and proactive responses to events that impact individual and collective well-being and safety.

In order to facilitate broad participation and support self-care, NSPN is delivered the full day of conference sessions twice. Focus sessions were held on Tuesday, August 18 from 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EDT / 6:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. PDT, and repeated Wednesday, August 19 from 12:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. EDT / 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. PDT. Additional post-conference sessions were available Thursday, August 20 beginning at 12:00 p.m. EDT / 9:00 a.m. PDT. CEUs were provided to those who submitted a request and had confirmed attendance in all sessions.
