Emerging Leaders Institute

The Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) is an interactive, web-based, six-week event for emerging leaders of youth and family service organizations. This experience focuses on the skills needed to support ongoing success. ELI offers online activities and learning sessions, small group discussions, peer networking, and individual coaching.

Over the last few years, there has been an increased interest in ELI. The spring session is expected to sell-out quickly. To help accommodate interest and need for this critical professional development opportunity, National Safe Place Network (NSPN) is opening registration for both a spring and fall session.  

Spring Session
March 20 - April 24, 2024 (weekly meetings held on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. EDT)

Fall Session
September 4 - October 9, 2024 (weekly meetings held on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. EDT)
