TLP Funding Opportunity Weekly Support Call

National Safe Place Network (NSPN) is pleased to share the release of the 2024 Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Transitional Living Program (TLP) notice of funding opportunity (NOFO). All applications must be received by 11:59 p.m. EDT on June 7, 2024. This funding opportunity is for a 60-month project period with five 12-month budget cycles. 

The Transitional Living Program (TLP) provides safe, stable, and appropriate shelter for runaway and homeless youth ages 16 through 21 for up to 18 months and, under extenuating circumstances, can be extended to 21 months. TLPs provide comprehensive services that supports the transition of homeless youth to self-sufficiency and stable, independent living. Through the provision of shelter and an array of comprehensive services, TLP youth will realize improvements in four core outcome areas (i.e., safe and stable housing, education/employment, permanent connections, and social and emotional well-being).
