Focus 2020 is Now Virtual
Prior to growing concerns of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), National Safe Place Network (NSPN) released the save the date and location (Las Vegas) for Focus 2020. This unprecedented event has provoked a number of changes in our nation and in the field, including the way events are happening. NSPN has decided to offer Focus virtually this year.
NSPN invites you to register for Focus 2020 today to share and connect with youth and family service providers across the country for a new, virtual conference experience on August 18-20, 2020.
The theme, Creating Change from Trauma, recognizes the importance of identifying learning and proactive responses to events that impact individual and collective well-being and safety.
In order to facilitate broad participation and support self-care, NSPN will deliver the full day of conference sessions twice. Focus sessions will be held on:
- Tuesday, August 18 from 9:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. EDT / 6:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. PDT
- Wednesday, August 19 from 12:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. EDT / 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. PDT.
